Remember Allerton of the Mayflower

REMEMBER ALLERTON was my 10th Great-Grandmother, the daughter of Isaac and Mary (Norris) Allerton, and was just a young child when she traveled on the Mayflower with her parents to America. She had been born in Leiden, Holland circa 1614-15.

She was likely living at Salem, Massachusetts by 1631, when her father had removed there from the Plymouth Colony. She was married, by 1635, to Moses Maverick, the son of Rev. John (perhaps at Salem, but not in records). Moses was in Salem by 1634, in that part of town which separated to become Marblehead in 1649, where Moses was one of its first selectmen, as well as a town clerk, and justice of the peace. Remember died after 1652, and before 1656 (when Moses remarried).
